Terms of Service

By accessing or using Titan.Care, operated by Titan.Care ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and visitors.

Titan.Care is a care management platform for individuals, family caregivers, and care circles. Core capabilities include:

• Medication tracking, dosage schedules, adherence monitoring, and refill reminders
• Appointment management and healthcare visit coordination
• Connection to Epic MyChart to retrieve personal health records
• Sync of health metrics from Apple Health (iOS), Android Health Connect, Oura Ring, Withings, Dexcom CGM, and FreeStyle Libre
• Family care circle coordination — shared access to health information for designated members
• AI-powered health maintenance insights, screening reminders, and care alerts based on your personal health data
• Secure messaging within your care circle
• Access via web browser and the Titan.Care iOS and Android mobile apps

Titan.Care is a care management tool, not a medical provider, insurer, or healthcare system. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Parents and legal guardians may use Titan.Care to manage health records for their minor children.

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us promptly at support@titan.care if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

IMPORTANT: Titan.Care is a personal health management and organization tool only. The information displayed in the app — including medications, appointments, lab results, and health records — is provided for organizational and informational purposes only.

Nothing in Titan.Care constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health or the health of your family members. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

Titan.Care includes automated analysis and AI-powered features that generate health maintenance insights, screening reminders, medication adherence summaries, and care alerts based on the health data you have stored in your account.

These features are informational only. AI-generated insights do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for clinical judgment. No output from automated or AI-powered features should be acted upon without consulting a qualified healthcare professional. In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

AI features operate on your personal health data solely to provide you with care management information. We do not use your health data to train AI models, sell insights to third parties, or profile you for advertising.

By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge that automated analysis may be incomplete, incorrect, or inapplicable to your individual situation. You assume responsibility for how you interpret and act on AI-generated content.

You agree not to use Titan.Care to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Access health records of other individuals without their authorization
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our Service content without permission
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity

Your use of Titan.Care is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our data practices.

Titan.Care handles protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of health data. By using the Service, you consent to our handling of your health information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Titan.Care and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are owned by Titan.Care and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial care management purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF HEALTH DATA RETRIEVED FROM THIRD- PARTY SYSTEMS INCLUDING EPIC MYCHART, APPLE HEALTH, ANDROID HEALTH CONNECT, OURA, WITHINGS, DEXCOM, OR FREESTYLE LIBRE. WEARABLE DEVICE DATA AND AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR CLINICAL MEASUREMENTS OR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL JUDGMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TITAN.CARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Titan.Care, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Titan.Care at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@titan.care. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. For significant changes, we will provide notice via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.
